I just wanted to take the time to note certain observations I have made over the last few months of approving sites and ads within traffic exchanges to bring forth some things you should not do within traffic exchanges. Certain things within traffic exchanges can actually get you banned but there are lots of things people do by mistake and probably do not even know it.

Do’s & Don’ts:

Do not use your Traffic Return Referral link within Traffic Return (The people surfing on Traffic Return are already members of traffic return so the chance of getting a referral is 0. You should be advertising your Traffic Return referral link on other traffic exchanges and sites.
Do not submit sites with popups; they disrupt people surfing. These are typically clickbank products.
Do not submit text ads with a body and no title. We do not mind you adding text ads with a title and no body but please ensure your text ads have a title.
Make sure you check your banner images and links from time to time to ensure your site is still working or your referral links are still working. There is nothing worse than seeing people surfing when their links do not even work!
Do not try to submit adult sites which contain nudity. We will never permit this type of advertising.
Make sure to auto assign your credits to your sites, banners and text ads. We have just implemented a new feature which lets you auto allocate credits evenly amongst your active/unpaused ads. This lets you quickly assign your credits!
Make sure you take advantage of promotions offered by Traffic Return. The best places to find promotions are on the page after logging in, our Facebook page or our Twitter account.
Make sure you check your image links and site urls before submitting ads to ensure they work. This will help your ads get into rotation quicker.
